This is me...


This is a little bit about me...

Seven years of inactivity to a lifestyle filled with  health, fitness and overall healthy habits this, for many people (including myself), would have thought to be unimaginable and unattainable by someone like me...someone who loved to eat and never work it off.

All Eats and No Training.

By doing a complete 180 in less than 1 year, I wanted to share my experiences about my lifestyle change and how I've able to sustain it day to day - even on the worst of days.

By sharing my story, the intention is to you show you that it is possible to lead a healthy lifestyle filled with good food and exercise! (No matter when it is you start!)

One of my very first fitness goals was to participate in a Figure Competition - a personal challenge I had given myself to top the cherry on the cake *Yum*

I ended up coming in 1st place in the IDFA Figure (Tall) Category!

Now...

I am going to continue living by the healthy lifestyle I have chosen to live by whereby...

The focus will be on healthy eating, exercising and enjoying every moment life has to offer me while, also being grateFUl for what the lifestyle has been teaching me along the way.
