The other day...
I bought some smoked salmon and figured I'd make smoked salmon sushi...

I decided 5 minutes before serving that I would make use of the smoked salmon in a way that...

In the form of little sushi delights.
Alongside this dish too...
I made my easy seared scallops
Smoked Salmon stuffed avocados.
And the crowd goes wild over the word avocados!
But I won't take credit for the avocado recipe because...
I totally got inspired to make these via this girl. (Pretty sure I googled the word avocado and her recipe popped up....which is amazing by the way!)
Okay so back to the easy, savoury sushi! (Or did you mind already wander?) :P
They are easy to make, and FUn to eat so...
Don't stress about shaping or nothing...
Just worry about running out! (They are totally not professional, but tasty mind you!)

Easy, Savoury, Smoked Salmon Sushi
- Smoked Salmon slices (however many you want to make)
- Cooked Rice (sushi or short grain rice)
- 1 tsp Korean BBQ sauce (I used President's Choice)
- Once your rice has slightly cooled, form little balls with your hands
- Simply top the balls with smoked salmon
- Brush a touch of Korean BBQ sauce to top.
- That's it, that's all.
