#RECIPEFRIDAY: Savoury Breakfast Omelette...

Nothing like a short week to start off the beginning of a new month!

Even better...

Nothing like a new recipe on #RECIPEFRIDAY to fill us up as we head into the Fall season. (It's coming so soon!)

If anything...

This savoury, breakfast dish is worth scrambling for...literally!

It's EGGcellent!

Savoury Breakfast Omelette

  • 1 egg, whole
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 small handful of spinach
  • 4 sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard grain
  • 2 slices of Allegro Cheese (or any cheese you like)
  • A few drop of Sriracha Sauce for heat
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Spray a fry pan with a small amount of olive oil
  2. Turn your burner on to a medium heat
  3. Mix your ingredients together in a bowl with the exception of the sriracha sauce
  4. Pour omelette mixture in your fry pan
  5. Leave the omelette alone until slightly browned
  6. Turn one half over the other
  7. Cook for about 1 minute
  8. Flip over to cook the other slide
  9. Once fully cooked, remove from heat and plate
  10. Spice things up with the hot sauce and enjoy!

  5. Looks yummy. I love plain Greek yogurt for breakfast with a full scoop of chocolate Garden of Life protein powder mixed in and lots of cinnamon and blueberries. :) your furbabies are so cute.
