|I've been running lots this week.|
It started with a 11km run. Then 16km....
|I enjoyed each run to the very FUllest...|
Taking good care of my right shin that's been wonky as of late.
This was a lone chair.
It's always out.
It waits for someone to sit in it.
I seized the opportunity.
|I also seized the opportunity to refresh myself with a cold can of Grapefruit Citrus Zevia.|

Questions FU You...
How was your week? Plans for the weekend?
How do you take care of sore shins? (I've been wearing compression socks post-run and icing it (I can't run with them, I've tried). I had also taken a week off of running. I find there is more discomfort when I start running, although the 'pain' diminishes with distance....BUT then it comes right back when I'm done with my run. Le sighhhhhhh....)
