Savour The Holidays!

And so it was the day before Christmas eve...

As the holiday festivities have officially begun...

I am very much  looking forward to the time I will get to spend with my family and friends.

Also...

I am really looking forward to relaxing and savouring the...

  • Moments;
  • Traditions;
  • Stories shared; and...
  • All the love I will be surrounded by throughout it all.
So excited that we got Noel Sapin III up and shining :)

As I will be following my own advice on...

Ensuring that I have healthy, happy holidays...

The least of my worries will be stressing about routines and schedules.

Having said that...

I will be also be following the principles of #WYCWYC! (What you can when you can!)

As I am planning on a few extra rest days with SuperFit (to re-charge)...

I will do what I can when I can without feeling any regret if I can't and don't get it all done.

If anything...

I know that once all of the holiday parties and gatherings whine down...

My 'regular programming' will fall back into place. (In all aspects of life.)

So...

As I continue on with my seasonal preparations for what is to come within the next couple of weeks...

My only plan is to continue to slow myself down and savour all of the things that are to come my way, and...

I hope you will too!

Until next time...

Have a very Merry Christmas and a happy holiday season!

I wish you nothing but love and happiness!

Teddy hugs for all ;)

Question FU You...

What are you looking forward to this holiday season?

**I will be slowing down with my blogging over the holidays, but will remain moderately active on twitter, instagram and facebook. I'm going to take this time to re-charge, in both body and mind, and will do what I can, when I can ;)**

  1. I am such a fan of #wycwyc. My perfectionist self sometimes has a hard time fitting it all in, and doing it WELL. I have to keep reminding myself, as long as my children are clean, fed and still living, I'm doing ok. ;-)
    Merry Christmas!!

  5. I'm all for slowing down and simply enjoying. I actually did that for myself yesterday. I didn't feel like braving the cold, gusting winds for a run. So rather than just go out and push it for no real good reason, I allowed myself the rare luxury of a free Sunday. No guilt. Merry Christmas!

  19. Spending time with family is important to me, I don't get added time off of work (so making the time count that I get with them over the holidays is so important)

    Enjoy slowing down and enjoying the holidays! I hope you had a great Christmas!
