The Groove, Accountability, Mindfulness and #RECIPEFRIDAY...

So what's cooking friends? (Keep that thought, we'll get to that soon!)

Today...
I'm making my way back to see this guy and of course...
SuperFit <3

As I've been on the road since Sunday...

I haven't had a chance to cook. (How I miss my kitchen!)

That being said...

I have been eating! (All of my meals and snacks!)

While I did bring with me a few nourishing necessities...

I did  make sure to special order a number of my meals! (Breakfast and lunch. I also made sure to tailor my dinners accordingly too...although I did enjoy myself a couple of tasty suppers as I wanted to experience some of the fine dining around here, while still being mindFUl with my choices at the same time.)

That glass was later filled with water.
Setting the mood with H20 ;)

To sum up my week briefly...

Not only did I find my groove again but...

I also held myself accountable to my exercise routine...


And...

To the food I nourished myself with too.

In other words...

I  practised mindFUlness, intuitiveness, moderation and balance. (Not being hard on myself and practising what I have learned throughout the years in my healthy living journey!)

Amazing Americano.
I love when they have Stevia available.
Room made Greek Yogurt Bowl.
Egg White Omelette filled with peppers, sundried tomatoes, onions, mushrooms.
And...
A side of smoked salmon.
Chicken, Squash and Spinash salad with dressing on the side.
Chicken bown filled with veggies.

Without a doubt...

I feel good about getting back into the groove and...

Proud of myself for holding myself accountable to those intentions I set out for myself at the onset of the week.

Now...

As I make my way back  home (and whine down)...
