Appreciate What You Have...

Hey Friends!

I hope this day finds you well and healthy :)

Now that I'm back home after a long sprint of being gone...

I'm happy to be surrounded by all things known!

I missed my babies ;)
Yogi and Zippy Bear are missing from this picture.

If anything...

Being away definitely has a way of making you appreciate more of what you have...

Be it...

Your own bed, to your very own utensils, to...

Those very little things that make your home, home.

Having said that...

I don't think I need to tell you...

How GrateFUl I've been feeling.

I decided to get crafty yesterday, and spread some love, on our walls.

No doubt...

I've been enjoying spending quality time with SuperFit, my family...

And of course...

The puppies!

The three amigos.

And in addition to that...

I've been loving being back at the gym! (And getting back into my own groove of things!)

Post (my new) Glutes Workout.
I love it when Coach SuperFit trains me :)

All to say...

In those moments when you feel like you are missing more of the things you believe would make your life more FUlfilling...

Pause for a second (or longer, much longer) and see...

How much you truly have (be it tangible or intangible) and...

Have a moment of gratitude to show some appreciation! (Inwardly and/or outwardly.)

As much as I do not like the cold temperatures...
I do appreciate the beauty it brings forth.

Questions FU You...

What is something/someone you appreciate right now?
Do you practice gratitude, or is it something that comes naturally?

I write a gratitude journal everyday, so I put down 5 things I was grateful for in that day, sometimes I put more but I always put a minimum of 5.

I practise gratitude every day, but meanwhile it comes more and more naturally. Today I am thankful for a warm house since it's below Zero now, BUT the sun is out!
