#RECIPEFRIDAY: No Carb Crusted Turkey Tenders + Oatmeal Crusted Chicken Fingers!

Hey everyone and...

Welcome to another edition of #RECIPEFRIDAY!

Top of the morning to ya!

To all my American friends who celebrate the fourth of July yesterday...

I hope it was FUreakin' FUntastic!

As for me...

I was at work looking forward to yet another long weekend! (I'm off today! Woo Hoo!)

I gotta say...

After doing the Spartan Super race just a few days ago...

My legs are only now starting to feel normal again! (As is my entire body! lol)

I lost a toenail.

That said...

I've had some pretty strong workouts since the race! (Mind you, I took two FUll rest days within the past 5 days to recuperate! My body thanked me for it!)

Hi.
My name is FU.
I like to workout.

And...

Speaking of workouts...

Today's recipe is one that I concocted while on the elliptical machine! (I'm not going to lie, I was totally looking forward to getting home and putting this creation to the test! The minutes have never gone by so slowly before lol)

Actually...

I concocted two so...

I ended up making two versions of this recipe!

His...

And...

Hers!

Here are both recipes for you to try out and enjoy!
