They've been there for a while now and...

I can't wait to actually try and make them myself! (Instead of staring at them?! hehe)

As I'm now 8 sleeps away from competing at the OPA Ontario Championships...

Getting creative in the kitchen has been on the back burner (no doubt) but...

Be rest assured that...

FU's kitchen will be all fired up! (Sooner rather than later!)

I must tell you that...

I've already packed half of my competition suitcase...

Last year's suitcase....


I've been practising in my heels like craaaaazy!

We've become really close.


I only have a few more workouts left until the big day!


I can't believe I'm less than 1 week away from competing!!!! (Yeeeeeeeeeeee!)

I'm sure I don't have to tell you that...

I. Am. PUMPED! (WoOp!)

  11. Those frozen greek yogurt bars look so yummy!! I recently made a Pinterest recipe for my stepdaughter's sweet 16. It was the chocolate chip, Oreo cookie, brownie bar dessert. She and her friends loved it! Happy Friday!

  14. Those Healthy Bites look like Dunkin' Donuts munkins! I am having flash backs to when we used to have birthday celebrations in middle school - They would bring in boxes of munchkins and I swear, one box was just for me!!! Ah ha ha!

    PB & J protein bites?? Yum!! I love anything involving pb & j! :)

  22. Wow all those look incredible! I've gone to go check out the pb&j bites.

    For my new trial tuesday link up this week I've tried a roasted sweet potato recipe where you make a hole in the potato and crack an egg into it and then put it back into the oven, it is so so delicious!
