Happy #RECIPEFRIDAY to you!
|After a crazy work week...|
I get to spend tonight in my own bed! :)
I just have to tell you how much FUn I had at yesterday's blogger meet up!
I got to hook up with Krysten again and...
I got to meet Morgan and Jess for the very first time too!
These girls are amazing and...
I had such a great FUreakin' time hanging out with them over coffee!
From left to right:
Me (duh lol), Morgan, Krysten and Jess)
What's even more awesome is that...
I get to see them again tomorrow at our FitFluential meet-up for our upcoming race on Sunday! (And yes, I will be wearing the Banana Suit!)
Needless to say...
I'm excited for the weekend (yep, I'm heading back to Toronto tomorrow with SuperFit lol) and...
I'm pumped to meet everyone who will be coming out for the meet up and the race! (Pavement Runner, I hope you've been practising your #FUFACE!)
Yeee! I can't wait! (Did I say that already?)
On with the recipe friends!
I'm sharing something I made for SuperFit a few weeks ago! (And, something I've been making on the regular ever since!)
As you know...
I'm prepping for my competition so...
I've been preparing separate eats for both SuperFit and me! (He's a clean/lean eater already so often times we will have the same things but, not always! That being said, I just have to say how much of a great support he's been to me throughout my competition prep! Like, he's been ultra-clean with his eats just for me and, I couldn't be more grateFUl for that! Love him!)
Having said that...
I know SuperFit enjoys a good plate of spag so..
I decided to make him a classic meat sauce! (One that would FIT within his own regiment!)
And, because he's been lovin' it...
I decided to share the recipe with you all today!
I hope you enjoy it too! (Let me know if you like it since this ain't included in my prep to the stage!)
