#RECIPEFRIDAY: No Carb Chicken Poppers!

Good day everyone and...

Happy #RECIPEFRIDAY to you!

Cheers to the FUreakin' weekend!

Today...

I have a super easy, super clean and super protein packed recipe for ya!

Honestly..

It's not one that calls for many ingredients or steps!

And...

On top of it all...

It's something I can have (right now) in my prep towards the OPA Ontario Championships!

I swear...

Competing definitely gets my creative juices going! (It's up to you to make you eat as boring or as FUn and lively as you want it to be!)

So with that being said...

Let's...

With...

  15. Yum! I love all the different spices and flavors you put into these. I always find that muffin recipes tend to be a little bland when it's a savory recipe. Great job! Putting these on my list of must tries from your recipes :) Happy Friday!

  30. I love it when you give recipes that you can eat while prepping for a comp. It's still on my dream list but I'm not sure it will happen at my age.

Can't wait to hear about your fitting!

As far as foods to pop in my mouth, I'm pretty good with fruits and veggies. With hummus, of course.
