As you know...
Today is the day where I get to share with you a new recipe I've concocted most recently!
After showing you a glimpse of what was to come yesterday, where...
I put up a video of both SuperFit and I attempting to make Salsa from scratch...
Let's just say....
I've reworked the recipe a little bit since then! (I won't share something I wouldn't eat myself lol)
Without a doubt...
We've been having a FUn time getting acquainted with our new KitchenAid Food Processor and...
I can't wait to use it again! (I'm getting real good at pushing its buttons hehe)
Until my next food processing creation...
Here's the recipe for my...
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
- 4 fresh tomatoes
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste (5oz)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 3 jalapeno peppers (spiciness is up to you)
- Salt to taste
- Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until desired consistency (chunky or not so chunky!)
- Process on a low speed
