Sticking With It: It's In Your Hands!

Hey everyone...

I hope you're all doing well today!

I'm sure you're all better now that I've #FUFACED ;)

As I'm wrapping up my time here on my last day away from the home base...

I bet you can imagine my excitement to get back!

I miss them!

As I've been on the road for the past four days...

I've been keeping on track with my diet and training!

Like I mentioned to you yesterday...

I packed my meals...

I special ordered where available...

Egg White Omelette and Veggies.
Same but with different veggies.
Chicken and Veggies.

And...

I've kept to my workout schedule!

I gotta say...

Being prepared and planning ahead has really helped me to stay with my competition groove and with my overall mission to stay healthy no matter where I be! (Competition or not, I would have done the same in my preparation to stay on track!)

Honestly...

If there's one thing I've learned since the beginning of my journey it's that...

You can stick with it whether you're at home or away from it! (It's up to you to plan and organize yourself!)

Trust me...

I would have laughed at the idea of planning like this three years ago but now...

I see how important it is! (For me and my overall well-being!)

Another day...
Another workout :)

Also...

Know that it's okay to special order if you have specific needs or requests! (Don't be shy!)

Good ol' Salmon!
It was delish!

At the end of the day...

If you have a goal you are working towards or you're simply wanting to stick with it...

It's in your hands! (Don't make being away from home an excuse to get off your own plan and/or goal...take control!)

And yes...
I did pack other some attire other than my workout clothes lol

It can be done!

***

Okee...

I'm off to meet my cousin for some shopping so...

Have a fabulous evening!

Oh wait...

Remember that...

Tomorrow is #RECIPEFRIDAY so if you have a recipe you want to link up to...

Be sure to check back here demain!

See ya!

Questions FU You...

Do you find it hard to stay on track while on the road?
Do you special order?

Stay Tuned FU More On *CaNdY FiT*

**Don't get me wrong, I don't always special order and I do enjoy eating ALL sorts of food. That being said, I am much more mindFUl of what I eat and what I FUel my body with since beginning on my journey to health and fitness. Now, as I'm in competition prep mode, special ordering is essential for me if I'm not making my own meals. Trust me, I'm not afraid of asking for a meal made specifically to my own liking! Nope!**

  1. It's so amazing how you keep on track! I too like to try other foods when I am away, but it doesn't mean not to stay healthy. Great post!

  4. I am the special order queen!! My first priority when making hotel reservations in that it has gym. And staying on track is easy when running in new places is part of the fun of a trip.

Mind if I ask you a question? Do you think you could accomplish all that you do on a vegan diet?
