Love. Eat. Enjoy & Workout.

Good morning everyone...

I hope this day has started off well for ya! (As for me, I changed 3 times before settling on an outfit! That's what happens when I don't plan ahead lol)

As you all know...

Yesterday was my 3 year anniversary with SuperFit!

If anything...

It was definitely a day filled with L.O.V.E and...

It was great to reflect back on where we started to where we are now on this present day! (It put many smiles of my face!)

To celebrate...

I got me some Roses!
I was completely surprised!

We went out for dinner at one of our fave restaurants...

Siam Bistro! (A great Thai place we love to eat at!)

It didn't take long for us to order as...

We were pretty familiar with the menu and we knew what we loved to dig into!

From the cultural atmosphere (it's small, cozy and quite charming) to the explosion of flavours one is bound to experience with every bite...

Our dinner was nothing less than amazing!

Green Tea.
Tom Yum Gai
Hot and Sour Soup with Chicken, Mushroom and Lemon Grass
Satay Chicken Skewers.
Pad Bai Kra-Prow
Beef  with fresh chillies and basil leaves
(This was going to be with Chicken but seeing everything we were ordering had chicken in it...We went with Beef. That said, I love chicken so I would have been happy either way lol
The waitress laughed)
Gai Pad Med-Mamuang
Chicken with dried chillies and cashew nuts
Pad Makua Toa Hu
Stir-fried eggplant with bean curd served with chillies and basil leaves.

Like I said before...

It was Mmmmm Mmmmm good! (If you're from the area, I highly suggest you go!)

Yum.

After a fabulous meal...

We headed home only to find ourselves sharing a cupcake my Mom had bought for us from The Cupcake Lounge!

I mean common now...

Nothing like adding as sweet touch to an extra sweet day ;)

SuperFit took the first bite out of this...
Chocolate Marshmallow Ganache Cupcake.
If you know me, you know I love marshmallows!
(We split it and didn't finish it. I know, shocker!)

All in all...

It was a great anniversary and...

I'm so grateFUl for everything we've been able to share with one another up until now!

Love you.
