The Little Things Made BIG!

Morning everyone and...

Happy Monday! (I'm not overly enthusiastic it's Monday seeing that my staycation is officially over but, it's a new day and I have lots to be happy and grateful for!)

I'm all bundled up ready for the cold!

During my week off...

The time I had as a whole really gave me a chance to re-connect with myself and...

Simply enjoy the little things I have in my life!

I mean...

Isn't it the little things that matter most?

Well...

I think they do!

Honestly, I'm the type of person who loves...

The smaller things and, I believe that...

In the end...

It's those tiny things that add up to make life so bountiFUl!

Having said all of this...

Here's little glimpse into some of those, well, little things that have FUelled me with lots of happiness over the past week!

***

That first, small sip of coffee to start off my day....

Come to FU.

These little bites of goodness...

Recipe

My dinner and coffee dates with friends...

The little treats I give my body from time to time...

The little inspirations in my life that help me decide what to do...

The love I get from...

My little buddy no matter what I may put him through ;)

He forgave me for making him look like a Reindeer.

The little celebrations in life we get to celebrate together as a Family...

And...

My little (tough) workout dates with SuperFit! (I love, LOVE training with him!)

 In sum..

All of these things put together has really made me value what I have in my life and...

It has emphasized how much the little things do add up in making my life whole!

It's not the big, expensive and shiny things that make life complete but yet...

It's the intangible feelings of love and friendship (and good food too lol) that do!

In the end...

The little things in life are truly....

Bigger, better and much more meaningFUl!

Question FU You...

What are some of the little things in your life?

  11. Thanks so much for this important reminder.
I have not been very good at paying attention and appreciating small things lately; seems like there's so much to get done this month!

Today, I shall do some yoga and be IN THE MOMENT!

What I don't get, is why you are drinking starbucks when you have access to timmy ho's?????

I miss my timmies soooo badly and all we have here is that icky tarbucks stuff.
