Chocolate Protein PB2 Cups!

Morning everyone and....

Happy FUriday!

I decided to rock some BIG hair today!

As you may have already guessed it...

Today, I have a quick and easy (and delicious) recipe for you all!

A recipe that calls for two great things...

Chocolate and Peanut Butter!

Yes...yes it's true...

I've been making and enjoying some Chocolate Protein PB2 Cups!

Let me just say (it ain't not Reese's Pieces but)...

It hits the right spot and...

It satisfies this Chocolate and Peanut Butter lovin' FU!

Sure does!

So enough talking....

Here's the recipe!

Chocolate Protein PB2 Cup:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Revolution High Whey)
  • 1 T Cocoa Powder
  • 2 T PB2
  • 1/4 cup water (enough to thicken both the Protein and PB2)
Note:

You can use Natural Peanut Butter too if you so choose.

Instructions:

  1. Put your Protein and Cocoa Powder together in a small bowl;
  2. Add a little bit of water to the mix until it becomes thick in consistency (FUdge like);
  3. Place aside;
  4. In a separate bowl, add your PB2 and a touch of water until it thickens;
  5. Place aside;
  6. In a small ramekin dish, spoon out half of your chocolate protein FUdge into it;
  7. Cover the first layer with the PB2  (all of it!);
  8. Top the PB2 with the remainder of your chocolate protein FUdge then....
  9. Place the ramekin dish in the freezer for about an hour or so;
  10. Wait....
  11. Once hardened, remove it from the freezer, let it stand, fork it out and....

Enjoy!

  15. Love PB&Chocolate! Just this week a friend brought me some back from Trader Joe's (cause we Canadians don't have easy access to TJ's, right?).

    I need to try your recipe; much healthier and lower in sugar. Can I just use regular no sugar PB? Haven't seen PB2 anywhere around here...
