Stop and #ENJOY!

As I sit here with my finger tips ready to start typing this post...

I think about how many great things I've come to enjoy as of late.

It is within this present moment that...

I realize the importance of taking time out of my day to enjoy life's simple pleasures.

Because quite honestly...

I feel that sometimes we focus ourselves too much on moving forward and getting FUrther that...

We don't stop to enjoy what's going on...

Right now.

So...

I'm stopping (this instant) and...

I'm taking time to reflect and share with you what I've been...

Enjoying!

Let's highlight this past week shall we? (in no particular order)

1. My training...

The face of pure enjoyment.

Since getting back to my training after 7 days of rest...

I've been enjoying being back at the gym!

And I gotta say...

I really enjoyed...

Working out with SuperFit...

And...

Welcoming Danielle to our #GirlsofFFA Team!

Woo Hoo!

2. My morning coffee!

This is one simple pleasure in life that...

I enjoy very much!

From the grind of the beans to taking that first sip...

Coffee just sets everything straight ;)

Perhaps it's more the morning ritual than the taste but either way...

It does me good!

3. Teddy!

Okay...

How can I not enjoy the company of my Teddy Bear?!

He brings so much happiness into my life! (Even if he's naughty!)

Yes...
He was sorry for eating something he shouldn't have ;)

I mean...

He's just filled with love that he brings the lovin' right out of you!

4. Movie night!

We went to see Twilight this weekend!

Holy crap...

Did I ever enjoy this movie!

We had a 'popping' good time and I enjoyed everything this night had to offer! (Company, movie and all!)

5. Sisterly FUn!

I went to the Signatures Show with my sister Kiki on Saturday!

We had a FUn time checking out all the cool stuff and testing out some tasty things! (Hello stocking stuffers!)

I can't wait to share with you what I bought and what I've been enjoying!

We had a great time and I really enjoyed this family time together!

***

Although I may only be highlighting what I've been enjoying over the past week or so...

The message I want to share with you (and something I need to practice more often) is to...

Enjoy and Appreciate life for all that it has to offer (every single day) and to ...

Enjoy the moment (without thinking about the next best thing!) because life...

Life is taking place...

Right.Now!

Questions FU You...

1. What have you been enjoying lately?
2. Did you see Twilight? Did you enjoy it?

  16. Love this post so much. So important to focus on the now which is what I've been trying to do this week with my family. We took the boys to Disney and while it's probably not where my hubs and I want to spend 4 days, our boys are over the moon. Seeing the faces light up and the ridiculously huge smiles makes it worth it and reminds me to ENJOY this moment.

  19. I haven't seen Twilight yet...but I want to!

And I love that you take the time to stop and be thankful for the small things :-). I am thankful for moments with my man after work, and for trashy television.
