Eating and Exercising On The Road: 8 Tips To Keeping On Track!

Mornin' all and...

Happy Wednesday to ya!

As I've been on the road since Sunday...

I'll be honest in telling you that...

I miss home!

That being said...

There's nothing the world of technology can't offer me when it comes to staying in touch with my family, friends and YOU! (It's really amazing if you think about it!)

And...

If you're wondering about how I'm staying in touch with my training program...

I'm making sure to stay active while away (in the hotel gym and the cool outdoors)...

Yep...
That was me last night after my workout!

As well as...

Making sure to fuel myself with good foods! (I laughed so hard when I was welcomed back to the hotel as "The Egg White Girl"! I had a big chuckle over that!)

Would you be surprised if I told you...

I've been eating me some egg whites while away from the home front?! (I didn't think so!)

Now, in talking about food and it being Wednesday and all...

It's time for another edition of What I Ate Wednesday! (Thanks to Jenn over at Peas and Crayons!)

So.....you wanna take a look into what I've been eating?!

Well...

I thought you'd never ask!

Here's a snapshot! (A mix of home and on the road eats!)

Breakfast:

I'm seriously addicted and I can't wait to have this once I get home!

Snacks:

How I miss these cups of goodness!

Protein PB2 Cups!

That being said...

I have been enjoying this bowl of fresh and citrusy yumminess!

Which brings me to...

And...

Dinner:

Dijon Salmon.and oven broiled Brussel Sprouts!
I brought some with me in my travel bag :)
I had my greens before eating this place of Chicken and Rice!

And just to let you know...

I did make sure to bring with me some of my own food as well as...

Stock up on a few things at the local grocers in town!

In my doing so...

This has enabled me to stay on track and...

Have a variety of options available to me while away from the comforts of my own home!

All that being said and shared...

Here are a few tips on how I prepare before heading out on the road!

Lastly...

To all my American friends celebrating Thanksgiving tomorrow...

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your Families! (Enjoy!)
