3 Weeks Out: Getting My Stuff Together!


It's FUriday!

Don't act surprised...
You know it is too! ;)

I have to say...

The past 7 days in prep have gone by really quickly as...

I've been getting all my things together for both the SAF and Physique Canada shows!

I made a to-do list (a FUn one mind you!), which I can say, I've almost completed!

I got my hair did...

I went blonder.

I went for my bikini fitting (and going for another tomorrow)...

I booked myself a massage (for today actually)...



I started packing a few things into my competition suitcase! (Which I bring with me the day of the show, and that includes little treats! Yeeee!)

Also (not on my list but simply a must do at all times!)...

I've been practising a ton in my heels! (Both alone and with some FFA Teammates!)

We're getting to be really good friends! ;)

On the diet front of things...

Everything is going as they should and I'm not having any issues following my regime! (It's like clock work but tasty!)

I should also mention...

We re-introduced carbs earlier into my rotation this week! (We are keeping a close eye on everything as I approach the last stages of my prep so, changes can happen at any point in time! It can be a touch stressFUl at some points only because I want my body to continue doing what it's doing without throwing me a curve ball at the last minute! lol :)! )

I sure did!

When it comes to my training...

I'm focused and pushing with all my FUreakin' might! (Of course, within my own limits!)

I can't believe how many workouts I have left until show time! (2 more workouts for each muscle group!)

I mean...

It makes the big event seem a lot closer than being 3 weeks away! (2 weeks as of tomorrow! YaaaaFUUUU!)

**Just so you know, I weight train all year round. I love it. I find it empowering and I couldn't see my routine without lifting!**

Can you believe I only have 15 more sleeps until show time?!

I'm excited to say the least!

My #FUFACE says it all no?!

Now before I go...

We are celebrating Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada and...

I can't tell you how thankFUl I am for everything I have and am surrounded by!

Thank you all so much for your continuous support and encouragement! (I am so grateFUl!)

I'm truly a lucky girl! (Blessed to say the least!)

  6. Holy cow!! So close! I am infatuated with Healthy Bites. I hoard them and hide them from my husband so that I can enjoy all of them. It's bad. I know. I also have to hide them from myself so I don't eat them all at once!! You are doing great!!

    I'd love to know more about what you "watch" for as you take things in and out of your diet leading up to competition. I get my mods next week... I'm nervous about them! You know I love my funky foods.

  15. Good luck on your competition! I think the hardest thing for me (besides eating the right things) would be the heels!
