What better way to cool down than with a Protein FUdgsicle?!
Exactly.
| So good on a hot summer day! |
Here's an easy recipe to make your own Protein FUdgsicles using nothing but...
Protein Powder and Water.
***
In a bowl...
Mix together 2 scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder (you can use any flavour you like); and...
4-5 T of Water (until Protein Powder becomes thick in consistency).
Next...
Pour the Protein 'GOO' into a plastic Popsicle making tray (I got mine at the dollar store!); then...
Place the tray in the freezer for about 1 hour or two.
Once frozen...
Run some hot water over the popsicle end of the tray until you can easily remove your frozen Protein Treat!
Enjoy!
Oh, and I should mention....
I also took a literal meaning to a Scoop of Protein Powder by making and enjoying just that!
| A Scoop of Protein Ice Cream! Same exact ingredients as listed above :) |
If you want to explore more with the popsicle making tray...
Try these combinations:
Greek Yogurt + Protein Powder (optional) + Ground Flax Seeds + Berries (blended)
Greek Yogurt + Bananas (blended)
**My Mom used to make me Yogurt Popsicles as a kid! A great childhood memory of mine!**
I made one of these combos before but instead enjoyed it in a mug!
Frozen Berry Greek Yogurt :)

Favorite summer treats are all of the summer fruits that are at their peak during the hot weather; pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, berries, peaches, plums. And, of course, homemade ice cream!
ReplyDeleteIce Cream! Calorie filled ice cream in a mug with a little bit of milk. Stir and it's a sorta-milk-shake-ice-cream cup. Love it and don't have any guilt over eating it repeatedly.
