Both my sister Kiki and I were super excited for it (uhhh ya, I totally was!) after we laid out the goods the evening prior!
Teddy was pretty pumped up too!
Before we got to our official hunt...
I made both Kiki and I some breakfast!
I cooked up some Oats for her (as requested):
On the stove top over medium/low heat pour in and mix:
- 1/3 cup Oats;
- 1/3 cup Milk;
- 1/4 cup water (add liquids to desired thickness); and
- 2 packets of Vanilla Stevia.
**Feel free to add Protein Powder and substitute the milk for water**
I topped it with 1/2 a Banana, Cinnamon and Cocoa.
While this was cooking...
I made myself Baked Banana Chocolate Protein Oats! (A touch different from the last time I made it!)
Mix together in a bowl:
- 1/2 Cup Oats;
- 1/4 cup Egg Whites;
- 1 T Ground Flax Seeds;
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze;
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder;
- 1/2 a smooshed Banana;
- 1 packet of Vanilla Stevia; and
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder.
Place mixture in 2 medium sized ramekin dishes and bake in the oven at 350F for about 15-20 minutes.
Once we finished our morning noms...
We hid a few chocolates for SuperFit to find before we started our hunt! (He totally loved it, I don't care what he says! lol)
Once he was done finding his chocola-T goodies...
It was our turn to get hunting!
Kiki came out the Grand Prize Winner!

A few hours later...
It was time to meet the family for Easter Lunch! (At the Hilton, Lac Leamy)
The room was the size of a football field...
The food selection was quite large as well!
(SuperFit and I aren't buffet eaters so it's hard to get a bang for your buck when eating out like that! Let's just say, we tried to make the most it! And hey, it's once a year so why not! Plus, it was pretty expensive too :S!)

I quickly learned that I don't like Hollandaise sauce one bit!
I scrapped it off. It still wasn't very good.

He actually messed it up as it was crispy
as opposed to fluffy lol

It was pretty yummy :)
It wasn't FUll to the top lol
After we were done eating and said our goodbyes...
SuperFit and I had one hour to spare before heading off to our second family FUnction! (Yep!)
So we made the most it by...
Riding 25K on our bikes!

I was super thrilled even if it was just for 5 seconds.
Once we powered through our ride...
The Masta picked us up and we headed over to our next gathering!
There was lots of food there too! (No doubt!)

The get-together was pretty relaxing as...
We were out in the country side! (About an hour from home!)
And dinner?! Well...
It was traditional and yummy!

All in all...
We had a great Easter FUeled with Family, Love and loads of Food! (And chocolate, of course!)
I think it goes without saying that...
I was stuffed! (As was SuperFit!)

I was looking forward to my clean eats the day following!
