The Balancing Act....


A word we often use when we talk or think about life.

Why I chose to Balance a Bell Pepper on my head is beyond me.

Every day, every hour, every minute and every second...

We try to balance and make time for everything we do and hope to get done.

Although sometimes (undeniably)...

We lose our balance in the shuffle of everyday life, and as a result...

We forget to take care of ourselves and our health. (This is not a good thing!)

Things just don't stay balanced.

When it comes to health and fitness...

Balance is the key to success.

Exercise, proper nutrition and the practice of healthy habits, on a regular basis, is very important...

Not only to the lifestyle itself, but...

For you! (Yes, you!)

As we strive to keep everything around us balanced...

We need to understand that we ourselves and our bodies require a sense a balance too!

Even when life hands us situations which would result in the unbalancing of the system (so to speak!)...

You feel like you can't keep your balance anymore.

What we must always remember to do (or at least try to) is...

Make the time to live and be healthy! (Why? For the sake of your health, that's why!)

Always knows what to say, Yoda.
You're supposed to read it like Yoda would say it lol

Life comes with choices (generally speaking)...

We have a choice to live by a lifestyle that would beneFIT us in every way, shape and form. We have a choice to incorporate healthy practices into our hectic schedules...

We have a choice to make our health, our priority.

So make no more excuses...


And instead...


Make time for yourself. Take care of yourself...


Find your balance!


If you need direction...

Don't be afraid to ask for it.

If it wasn't for me asking which way to go...

I'd most likely still be parked on my couch eating *CaNdY*!

  2. love the blog is all about balancing healthy body, mind and soul!!!
    my balance isn't necessarily the same as someone else's and that's the great part about it...we know what we need to stay balanced in our own lives!
    exercise and clean eating are key in my balancing act!

    1. Exactly! I'm totally with you on that! We are all different and we all need to find our own ways of keeping things balanced. Finding your balance is so important and valuable to your health and well-being. There is no time NOT to take care of yourself.

  6. Great article! I'm with the believe that if you want it you'll find and/or make the time!! What has worked for me is to have buddy systems in place & schedule your workouts as you do anything else!! Also remember always to have fun!!!
    I enjoy your posts, down to earth, cheerful & funny!

  7. Great article, as usually I enjoyed it plus so very true!
    If you want something, you'll find and/or make the time for it...if you don't, you'll come up with all sorts of excuses!! What has worked for me is to schedule my workouts as I do with anything else I want to make sure I do plus having a buddy ststem & surrounding myself with people with the same mentality!
