Week 8: PuMPeD Up!

**November 17 - November 19**

A FU things to note:

1. I took on another project! (That means I will be living out of a suitcase FU one more week!);
2. My FUtoshoot will now take place a FU days beFUre or after the schedule date! (All good!); and...
3. I've got more results!

A little more deFUnition as the weeks go by.

As the weekend approached...

SuperFit and I decided not to go FU our traditional Sushi Dinner, but...

I did end up taking my sister out FU some Fishy goodness!

She loves her Sushi too!
We went to New Generation Sushi.
She had the Dynamite Roll and the Kamikaze.
It looked amazing!

Since Sushi Rolls (more speciFUcally the rice and what not) were not on my list of eats FU the day...

I had 4 pieces of Red Tuna! (Sashimi is good too!) 

It was FUresh and yummy.
It was hard not to enjoy some of my FUvorite Sushi Rolls...
Ah well!

The reason why we opted out of our Sushi is because...

We wanted to switch things up! (Change is good!) 

We ended up going to Ging Sing Restaurant instead! (A long time FUvorite of ours, which we hadn't visited in a while!)

We kept our order as clean as possible by asking FU very little or no cooking oil! (They always accommodate a special request!)

That same weekend...

007 and I scheduled a training date! (In addition to our coffee date! It was time FU some catch ups!)

This FUto is from our last date!
We trained our legs and felt the burrrrrnnnn!

Although this time...

We planned to do our weekly Bicep and Tricep workout together! (She also included a leg workout ~her fav~ into the mix of things! I'm still 'out of order' when it comes to leg training! Oy!)

007 is currently healing from a rotator cuff injury and...
Needs to pay special (careFUl) attention to her upper body training.
She must use lighter weights until FUrther notice.

When we're together...

It's a guaranteed good (crazy) time! (I'm not exaggerating!)

We love to work our muscles :)

As always...

We find the time to laugh and have FUn while we train, but...

Our workouts are always executed with the upmost FUcus!

FUcusing!
Concentrating!
Smiling :)
Cheesing.
Doing our signature Noodle Dance!
Coming to a theatre near you ;)

After an awesome training sesh...

We were PuMpEd up! (Literally)

After saying our goodbyes and enjoying a quick snack at home...

SuperFit and I went shopping (another reason to get PuMpEd Up) FU some FUtoshoot stuff! (Well, I did the shopping!)

I was on a mission to find some Faux-FUr! (I want to include a FUrry touch to my FUtos!)

In the end...

I succeeded at finding the puurrrrFUct FUrrry items! (Yay me!)

FUrry FU!

Once my mission was accomplished...

It was time to eat! (Ya...we do that a lot!)

So...

I made Pizza FU SuperFit!

I had something just as delicious! (No sarcasm there whatsoever! lol)

We sat back and relaxed with a little of the Twilight Saga! (I'm a huge Fan!)

And (once again)...

I was PuMpEd Up FU some Vampire/Wolf movie action!

I'm not sure whose side I'm on!
Can I like both?!

I should mention...

I managed to stay awake FU the whole entire FUlick!!! (FU once!)

Week 7: Room FU a Cheat!

**November 10 - November 16**

I cheated!!! (Yep, I got the green light!)

When SuperFit gave me the 'go-ahead' to indulge...

This face pretty well sums up my surprise and excitement over the whole thing! (YabadaFUUUUUU!!!)

I get to whaaaaa?!

As it stands...

The 'diet' I'm FUllowing is one that is very strict with very little room to wiggle! (I expected that much!)

Without stating the obvious (but will state it anyways)...

There's been a whole lot of repetition in what I eat! (A lot of 'O.MY.G. yawwwn FU'd'!)

Green Tea, Peppers and Allegro Cheese.

Mixed Veggies...
Asparagus, Mushrooms, Peppers.

Caffeine, Leftovers and Peppers.
Again.

Among other 'obvious' coupled eats...

It's chicken and Red Peppers! ;)

After a while...

It gets a little...well...boring! (Trust me...I'll be all over new, healthy and FUn recipes post shoot! Yeee!!) 

I tend to get 'sick' (not literally) of the same ol' thing...
It's just not as appetizing.
It's tasty stuff, don't get my wrong! 
But...  
Day after day after day...well, you know what I'm getting at! lol

All to say...

I can sometimes been found thinking very hard (Ya, I do that sometimes) about what I would eat if I got to cheat! (I'm not going to deny it...I'm a person who loves FU'd and has a sweet tooth (or should I say teeth! lol!)! 7 weeks without a tasty treat will get me thinking lol)

PB, *CaNdY*, FUruit, Granola, Popcorn,  Ice Cream, a CuPcaKe?!
Decisions, Decisions ;)

My thinking may even turn into FUntasizing! (I said 'may' lol)

"Sprinkles, FUrosting oh my!"

So when SuperFit said I could give in to some of my cravings...

He deFUnitely got my attention! (Not that his amazing good looks and big muscles don't already do that lol)

"What did you say?!"

Like every week...

I get my Sushi Dinner...

So goood!

Only this time...

My weekend would also include a FU extra things I didn't anticipate having since I started on my FUtoshoot mission!

**Note: The goal is to achieve a desired physique I'd like to maintain day to day. Something real, something healthy, something achievable (let alone sustainable FU me!)!**

Okay so...

What did I have?!

It started with my Banana Protein Pancakes! (An all-time FUvorite of mine!)

The Banana is the cheat here.
Blend:
8 Egg Whites, 1/2 cup of Quaker Oats, 1/2 Banana,
1 tbsp. of Ground FUlax seeds, 1 packet of Vanilla Stevia and a
Dash of Cinnamon!
Pour mixture into a PAM sprayed pan over medium heat.
Make your Pancakes as big or as small as you choose.
FUlip both sides until cooked :)
And 1 heaping serving of Peanut Butter :)
I topped my pancakes with that ooey gooey goodness.
Insert mouth watering drool here.

Once I scarfed down my breakFUst...

I made sure to hit the gym (later on) FU some cardio goodness (Mmmm cardio and sweat!)! (Even if I got to indulge, that didn't put a stop to my training program!)

I did the Gluteal Workout.
1 hr.
My buns will soon be made of steel ;)

That evening...

Both SuperFit and I couldn't decide on what or where to eat! (SuperFit has been 'dieting' too, so this was a combined indulgence!)

We FUnally settled FU Burgers and FUries from The Works (~click~)! (If it's burgers you want, this is the place to go!)

You can't say there aren't enough options from which you can pick...
A FU'in amazing Burger.
We played Angry Birds while we waited.
Just so you know, I only started playing this game as of recently!
I'm hooked!

I ordered the Roughrider Comeback and SuperFit, The Loooove Goat! (I had asked FU Ground Turkey ~ you can pick your protein, bread and side~  but then SuperFit said "Nuh Unh, you're ordering the Beef FU!"...So I switched it up!)

Beef Patty, Caramelized Onions, Bacon, BBQ Sauce and Jack Cheese.
I added Pickles and yes...
I had FUries and they were so FUreakin' good!!!
To be honest...
The whole meal was incredible!

We FUnished off our evening with...

Popcorn and a Movie :) (Popcorn always comes FUrst! lol)

We watched...

SuperFit agreed to it! 
Although that doesn't mean he liked it! lol
I did :)

The next morning...

I got on my CycleOps trainer and biked FU an hour...

I then headed to the gym FU a Back workout! (I have to say, I felt super duper strong! I wonder why?! lol)

I was FUeled up and ready to lift with all my FU might!

My workout was then FUllowed by a trip to the grocery store! (Gotta get back into the FU'd groove of things!)

Look at all that good stuff!

All in all...

I was happy (thrilled) to find out there was room FU a cheat in my prep!

It was grrrreat and... 

Not FU one second did I regret it! (Knowing it would have no impact in the results I'm seeking ("all calculated" as SuperFit would say) it was enjoyed to the FUllest!)

To say the least...

I was deFUnitely satisFUied!

The face of satisFUction!

Now...

I have a FU weeks left to go in my FUtoshoot prep and...

I'm ready to rock it!
