Week 4.5: A Small Carb Load FU Good Measure!

I've been wanting to make a *CaNdY FiT* training top FU a while so...

I FUnally did it!

I bought two Joshua Perets Tank Tops.
I like the FIT so it was an easy pick!

It took no more than 10 minutes to make!

So he sent me a FUramed picture of me and

In other FUn news...

My FUrend Allison decided on her Wedding Dress! ~click~

And...

I got to carb load beFUre starting a very intensive 'diet' FU the next 5 days ahead!

It included (of course!):

Protein Pancakes!

And...

A Greek Yogurt Bowl!

So delish!
Greek Yogurt, Quick Oats, Ground Flax Seeds and Vanilla Stevia.
I had this twice :)

UnFUrtunately... 

It did not include the FUllowing eats (I made these after my new 'diet' was in place!):

Mixed Greens with homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette
Goat Cheese, Croutons and Pumpkin Seeds.
I made it FU SuperFit.
A big plate-o-pasta!
Chicken, Red Peppers, Mushrooms,
a combination of Sundried Tomato and Regular Pesto
Chili Peppers, Olive Oil and Goat Cheese.

And you can be sure it deFUnitely didn't include my Mom's FUmous treats!

Oatmeal Choco Chip Cookies.
They smelled amazing and looked chewy as hell!
Apple Crumble!

At least I got to have a modiFUied version of my Malt-like Protein Bowl!

Mmmmmm!
So thick and ice cream like!
:)
I put it in the FUreezer FU 5 minutes FU that extra coolness ;)
Blend:
8oz Water, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 tbsp. of Greek Yogurt,
1/2 packet of Strawberry Banana Crystal Light, 1tsp of Xantham Gum and
5 Ice cubes.

As the weekend came to a close...

My FUrst week into my revised regime began!

This also included my prep FU my trip away from home! (Yep, again!)

So...

I made some FU'd to last me a couple of days...

Asparagus, Mushrooms and Orange Peppers...
PAM FUried over medium-high heat.
I added some Basil Purée FU good measure ;)
Then the Lean Ground Turkey, Peppers and...
 Chili FULakes (FU that added heat!)
It was pretty nomee!
SuperFit had a bite (hey, it's mine! lol).
He really liked it considering there was minimal FUlavoring.
I packed up a FU servings :)

To be honest...

I didn't need to pack too much prep FU'd as I special ordered all of my meals in advance! (Trust me, this saves loads of space and added weight to my luggage!)

All I had to worry about was...

Not getting sick! (And being extra careFUl with my knee/calf area while lugging things around!)

I get terrible motion sickness!

Oh! And get ready to...

Search FU some Gold!

It was as heavy as a 35lbs dumbbell.
Not a real brick of gold but it weighed the same as a real one.
Loses the 'cool' factor doesn't it ;)
