My FUll recovery timeline is still undetermined but...
As of today (October 23, which is one week since it all happened)...
I am feeling a million times better! (I can walk faster and I've been liberated of my crutches! The Physio Therapist was surprisingly shocked!)

So what does this all mean?!
Translation...
1. I can train my upper body (but being extremely mindFUl of my movement while training); and
2. My 'diet' will simply have to be readjusted! (Translation: carb cycling has started earlier than anticipated!)

And Oatmeal Protein Bowls...
| Greek Yogurt and Quick Oats! I'll alternate between Kashi Go Lean Crunch and Oatmeal depending on my 'dieting' rules. |
Are looking more like...
| Omellettes. Egg Whites, Sliced Allegro Cheese, Yellow Peppers, Mushrooms and Basil. |

I gotta do what I gotta do to keep the momentum going! (I'm not going to 'excuse' myself from the goal(s) I have set beFUre me!)

**Note: Carb cycling FU me = managing how many carbs I get to eat a day. It is subject to change at any given time, which is all dependent on the results my body produces. Like I've mentioned beFUre in many of my posts, my metabolism is slow (as a result of my inactivity FU so many years), so I'm still working on revving it back up into FUll speed. I'm getting there!**
