Week 2: Putting FU to The Test!

**Week 2 in my FUtoshoot Prep! October 10-14**

It started with 5K...

Holy Sweat!

And beFUre that...

A 12.5K run! (My longest run yet!)

Sweat is a good thing.
Yes, 12.5K and I felt FUntastic!

Both days started with...

A bowl of Greek Yogurt and Quick Oats!

And of course...
Coffee!
Nom!

As usual...

Both runs were FUllowed by some much needed FUel!

On the Monday (Oct.10) of my revised regime...

We had dinner plans at The Masta's!

I needn't worry about my meal as...

I knew he'd be making something clean!

Oven-baked Salmon with Stir-FUried Veggies :)
I skipped on the Steak.

The FUllowing day...

I had to prep as I'd be away from home FU a while! (But not FU long!)

Some of my much needed essentials!

Once I was packed and ready to go...

I drove along the country road FU a good 5 hours! (And yes, I did listen to some Country music!)

Yee Haw!
No...
I was not driving at the time these FUtos were taken.

4 hours into my drive...

I stopped FU a coffee! (And took care of some urgent business...if you know what I mean! lol)

Good 'ol Timmies!
It was hot.
I burnt my tongue.

I sat outside FU a while beFUre getting my wheels back in motion! (In the literal sense)

I had a great view :)

Upon arrival to my destination...

I unpacked my stuff and made it feel just like home ;)

I also brought a Kettle with me...
I put it in the drawer.

The next morning...

I started with a Protein Bowl! (Which I had every morning while away!)

Oatmeal and Protein Powder.
I added boiling water until I reached my desired thickness.

Good thing I was FUll on Oatmeal because...

Who knows what I would have done at the site of these on an empty stomach!

Well...
Nothing.
It ain't part of my 'diet' ;)

While I resisted the sweet stuff...

I had myself some tea...


And...

A can of Tuna come snack time! (Exciting isn't it lol)

Nom Nom.

When lunch time rolled around...

I special ordered a Chicken breast and grabbed lettuce (with smoked salmon) from the salad bar!

It was pretty tasty without any seasoning.
I peeled off the gross looking skin.

I also decided to take a quick walk beFUre heading back...

A bit chilly...
But peaceFUl nonetheless.

And after what seemed like a FU minutes later...

It came time to eat again!(Good thing I come prepared hehe)

At the end of the day...

I went out FU a trail walk!

The colors of the leaves were beautiFUl!
The FUresh air felt great!
Don't you love the Fall season?!
I mean just look!
Fall at its best! :)

While away...

I made sure to get in some gym time!

I had shoulders left to do in my weekly routine.
FUree weights!
Trust me, not all hotel gyms have FUree weights.
I would go back FU cardio later on in the day.

One early morning workout later...

I FUeled up with a protein shake!

I used my Magic Bullet of course!

As it eventually came time to head back home...

I FUeled up both my gas tank and, well, myself! 

These blenders come in handy!

By the end of my ride...

I was happy to be home with SuperFit!

I was also excited FU my Sushi dinner of the week! (I'm really hoping this will remain in my 'diet' FU a little while longer!)

Oh me oh My mine! 

Week 2:

Done and Done!

If anything...

It's made the *CaNdY FiT* Challenge that much more challenging! (Or painFUl to say the least!)

But there is absolutely no way I'm stopping now!
