Who Loves CuPcAkEs?! I do, I do!

Since returning from our Vegas Trip...

I can't say no CuPcAke has made its way into my mouth!

Nope, I sure can't!


FU me...

I make sure to earn my treats! (Like having a CuPcAkE!)

 Train hard, Treat sensibly ;)

Every week...

I start anew!

ReFUeling my FUridge with Nomee FU'd!

I eat clean...

Oatmeal, Protein Powder, Mixed Berries and Flax Seeds.
1 Banana, 6 Egg Whites, 1/2 Cup Oatmeal, Cinnamon, Vanilla Stevia
Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken and Balsamic Dressing
Greek Yogurt, Flax Seeds, Berries.
Stir FUried Beef
Montreal Steak Spice, Olive Oil, Broccoli, Beef
(SuperFit's Plate)
BBQ Chicken, Grilled Veggies and Rice!

I do between 3 (minimum) to 7 hours of cardio! (Depending on the type of activity I choose to do - the length of time may increase or decrease)

Teach Spin classes at FFA
And now, running!

I also train all my muscle groups! 

This would be me working my back...

Wake up Fu!
I take each workout seriously.
And push to failure every time.

That's why during weekends...

I get to treat myself with a FU yummy sweets!

Nomee, Nomee Nomee...Nom!


We met with G at his downtown ofFUce.

As we patiently waited FU him...

We snapped a FU shots! (And why not?! lol)

So cool. So Super. So Fit.

When G FUnally arrived...

We couldn't decide where to eat, so we opted for some Thai Express in a nearby mall! (We tried to pick a restaurant, but no one could make a decision!)

We asked FU very little oil...
(Yes, I still special order sometimes lol)
And so does he!

As soon as we were done eating...

SuperFit so casually proposed we go to the CuPcAkE Lounge FU a Treat!

Well not this time! (Yahoo!)

Now I had options to choose from!

Options, Options, So Many Options!
They all looked so delicious!
This is decision making made difFUcult!

SuperFit and G were quick to make up their minds...

He loves Chocolate!
So he obviously went FU the Chocolate, Chocolate!
Very appropriate choice FU a Choco Lova!
And G went FU the Espresso CuPcAKe!
This is why it's so hard to pick one!
(And only one!)

It took me a while beFUre I could make up my mind, but...

I eventually settled FU...

The Chocolate and Vanilla!
(The best of both worlds!)
Big Bad FU is going to eaaaaat you away!
(Please tell me you got my take on the 3 little pigs! lol)

I have to say...

I wasn't the only one who was excited over CuPcAkEs!

SuperFit had to put on his apron
 knowing he'd be making a mess! ;)
Just look at the smile!

It's also with no surprise that...

It didn't take long FU half of my treat to disappear...

I was trying to eat it as slowly as possible!
I was savoring the FUlavor and FUrosting with every bite!

Did I regret eating this CuPcAkE?!

Not. One. Bite. Bit. 

1. By maintaining a healthy and balanced 'diet';
2. Doing my cardio; and
3. Training my Baby FU muscles...

I have no problem treating myself to my FUvorite sweets!
