Almost 3 Weeks Away and Pumpin' Iron like a FU!

**June 20-24**

As I am now less than a month away from stepping on stage...

I have to continue giving my training 110% of all my FU'in might!

Bicep Curls


Making the last one count.

Curling the Dumbbells.

Rowing

To work my Back Muscles.

I also have to be sure to give my posing the practice it needs...

Giving it 110% of all my attention too! :)

Before and after each workout...

I make sure I eat to replenish my body and muscles with the FUel it requires.

During the 'diet' portion of my contest prep...

A FU meals will repeat themselves more than once throughout the day, which is....

All dependent on what cycle I'm FUllowing for:

- That Week;
- Those FU Days; or
- Day  

Boring or not...

It gets the results we hope to achieve!

Now...

I simply try and get my creative juices going to make my meals less identical.

Take for example my BreakFUst and Afternoon Snacks...


There's a FU things I can do to make me feel
like I'm not eating the same thing 3x over!

On a Plate.

In a Bowl.

As a Pancake.

Whatever works right?! ;)

UnFUrtunately...

I can't get too creative with what I bring to work...




But as least I make the most of it while I'm at home :)

Lately...

I've been trying my best to stay clear of any temptation (more so than usual)...

And I must say...

This week has been great!

I was only faced with a few temptations...


My Mom makes really good Toffee....
But I'm sure this is good too :)

And a FU other minor ones (which you will see later on).

My groceries for the week included (and were not limited to) the FUllowing...

That smiley face looks demented.

I was excited about getting my last apple beFUre the competition (yes, my last)...

I went with the Royal Gala :)
It took me a little while to pick the perFUct one!
Actually, the PerFUct two.
I was hopeFUl it wouldn't be my last! 
One can only hope lol

Once I FUnally found 'the one'...(or two lol)

I FUnished off the remainder of my FU'd run...


 As you can see, there are two apples in my cart.
'The One' was actually my last.
The other apple is still my FURidge, looking delicious.

I noticed the ice cream was on sale...

It was kind of hard to miss!


$2.99.

Luckily for me...

I noticed a new FUlavour of Gum at the checkout!!!


Take that $2.99 Ice Cream!!!

SuperFit got a taste of it beFUre I could (seeing I had to wait a FU more days for a chew)...

I seriously debated giving him a piece!

Half way through the week...

I would be attending my sister Kiki's graduation dinner and ceremony...

Proud moment!

Of course...

I wouldn't be taking part in the dinner portion of the event...



So I settled for coffee...


Once the Graduates were called to FUront to receive their diplomas...

I made sure to get a FUto of my Sis!
(Like any proud FUmily member would do!) 

*I noticed some kids minded this more than others (I FUrgot about the coolness factor!)*

She didn't care I was taking a picture (or 2) :)


Once the ceremony was over...

I headed home to make myself dinner.

I was instructed to eat red meat once a week (I could do without as I'm not a super big fan)

I pan FUried a FU pieces with Onions and Mushrooms.

So I made the most it...

Beef FUjita

Yum!

I've actually been really enjoying....

My Low Carb Chicken (and now beef) FUjitas!

So much so that...

I've been including them into my weekly rotation...

Mmmmmm.
But it ain't Lone Star ;)

To be completely honest...

I look FUward to them!

*When you have limited options, you get excited over the little things! lol*

Much like I did after a posing session with a FU members of the FFA Team!

And introducing Hys and Martin.

When I got home from observing...

SuperFit teaching the boys some key and very important poses...

I made us dinner.

For SuperFit...

I made a Stuffed Chicken Breast.



How?

I halved a chicken breast and stuffed it with:

Allegro Cheese
Spinach
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Mrs. Dash Seasoning

I closed it back up and cooked in on the BBQ.

For me....

Well we all know I made myself Chicken FUjitas!

I made a new discovery during the week...

The Tea was amazing on ice!

Maybe even better than my Peppers...

Nah...never! ;)

    I must say getting creative in the kitchen sure helps when you're pre-comp. dieting!

    I enjoyed my last apple to the very core (literally lol)
