14 Days Out!!! Holy FUto Shoot!

In celebrating my 14 days away from the 'big day'...

I am well aware I have long monkey arms lol

There was loads to do on what would turn out to be one of the most memorable of days in my countdown towards my competition!

After celebrating Canada Day in the most Sweetest of FUshions (visually for me at least)...

I'd be FUeled with many FUn errands to run!

FUrst I went shopping...

SuperFit surprised me with a controlled shopping spree...
To buy clothes that actually FIT !
He gave me some Mooola (so I went out and spent it lol)
I've been struggling to find bottoms that don't fall off.

While I shopped...

SuperFit went biking...

Once I got back from my FUn filled spree...

It was time to go pick up my Posing Suit and Theme Wear from Joan MacDonald at Daydreams FitnessWear...

007 joined in on the FUn!

Joan creates each suit specific to each individual she works with!

Everything is truly custom made to FIT each competitor!

Needless to say...

She is outstanding at what she does and there is no questioning as to why she is the best there is!

After we picked up our blinged out suits...

We ordered some FUries for the car ride home!

Not!
More like we got ourselves a Venti Ice Passion Tea while...
SuperFit picked up his Wheel from The Cyclery.
A Kamikaze bird FUlew into his wheel while riding...
resulting in the breakage of his spokes. 

Once everything was said and done...

It was time for me to carb load!

Protein Pancakes: 4 Egg Whites, Oatmeal, Water
A FU slices of Allegro Cheese and Basil Purée (10 cals)

BeFUre getting ready for...

My very FUrst Fitness FUTOshoot!

I didn't know what to bring so...

I brought everything!

But...

I wasn't the only one with lots of stuff ;)

I wouldn't know what to do with any of this.

As we both unpacked our things...

The FUtographer began to set up his equipment...

SuperFit and Chris Kiez (FUtographer and FUriend)

Getting all of the equipment and lighting set up!

While I:

Put on my FUrst outfit;

Pumped Up (with a FU exercises); and

Posed for SuperFit.

Striking a pose while everything was being put together!

It was the FUrst time I applied the Competition Tanning Cream...
It took 15 minutes!

As soon as Chris Kiez was ready to shoot...

The camera didn't stop flashing!

There were of course a FU breaks and pauses...

It FITS me better seeing I have a much larger head..
(We measured our head sizes using measuring tape lol)

Needless to say...

We had a FUbulous time shooting!!!

Honestly...

It was such a rewarding experience FU me!

At times during my competition prep...

I went through Highs and Lows and...

Worried that perhaps I wasn't ready for the stage.

The FUtoshoot left me feeling:

1. Proud (for all the hard work I put in over the past 17 months);
2. ConFUdent in my preparedness; and
3. Happy with my overall achievements.

That in itself...

Made me feel like a winner :)

I can't believe how much my body has changed over the past 1 1/2 years!

Not for one second...

Would I ever think of going back to my unhealthy lifestyle.

Never putting any thought into
what I was eating.

I want to continue eating right...

And Exercising...

While mainting a look I see FIT after the competition!

In both my Journeys of...

1. Re-discovering my physical side (and developing healthy eating habits); as well as
2. Preparing for a Competition.

There is no way I could ever revert back to the past, because....

I feel better than ever!

In the months leading up to where I am now...

I've developed a passion for Health and Fitness and...

I'm not about to stop...when I've only just begun :)
