6 Weeks Out ~ Part 2: Something is FUshy....

**Continued**

During my sixth week...

I wasn't presented with too many temptations (hallelujah!)!

As I waited in line at Winners after helping my sister Kiki choose a grad dress...

I came across yet another Peanut Butter Treat....

Is it just me or is PB making a huge comeback?!

At least my meal had color...

It's so much more FUn when you add color!

Oh, and how could I FUrget SuperFit's M&M's as an example of both Temptation worthy and colorFUl....

They came all the way from M&M world in Vegas!
He's deFUnitely savoring them ;)

My 6th week would end up being a FUshy one as...

 I ate FUsh every night...

In addition to having carbs! :)

Not only did FUsh make its way into dinner, but also into breakfast...

Egg Whites, Tuna & Spinach


Yumm-eh!

Lunch...

So good!

And afternoon snacks...

I scramble it all together :)

I needed a break from...

Chicken!

SufFUce it to say...

I was on a FUsh kick for the week!

And not only that...

I was also on a mission to wear heels...

So much for that idea ;)

Don't worry, I did practice in my stage heels....

I eventually put them on ;)

In terms of my typical leg training, I switched things up...

I tried a new piece of equipment SuperFit brought into Florida Fitness Aylmer....

The inFUmous TRX!


Let me tell you....

SuperFit gave me one hell of a workout using this simple contraption....

One Leg Hanging Lunges

Jumps

I also did Hamstrings (but that FUto would be a little inappropriate to show lol)

Let's just say...

My legs FU'in killed for 3 days!!!

I was very curious to learn more, so I tried a FU Ab exercises and Pushups (I really want to FUmiliarize myself it)...

I'll be posting a FU FUll workouts using the TRX after SuperFit shows me all the how 2's!

I must say...

I'm really looking FUward to adding this new style of training into my routine...

In addition to...

My weekend Oatmeal Protein Pancakes!!!




Recipe:

  1. 2 Espresso cups of Oatmeal
  2. 6-8 Egg Whites
  3. 1 pack of Vanilla Stevia
  4. Dash of Cinnamon
Blend all together, make your pancakes in a FUry pan on medium-low heat and Enjoy :)

I make them tiny!

And on top of this yumminess....(can you believe there's more?! lol)

I also had chewing gum to look FUward to!

It had been 5 days!
This is currently my FUvorite :)

I gotta say...

Good thing I was having carbs all week..

As the weekend would prove to be a hard working one with Power Tools and all!
