4.5 Weeks Out: Where art thou Baby Fu?

**June 12-16**

My last on the road venture until the Fall season would prove to be a momentous one because...

I would get to make my way to a new city!

BeFUre heading out...

I made sure to FIT in an early morning workout...

Chest and Triceps
7am
Peck Deck

 Spinning always wakes me up!

Once I FUnished my training, I went home and made myself new FUvorite post workout snack...

Protein Soft Ice Cream Bowl!

Excuse me while I enjoy this scrumptious snack!
Nom Nom Nom.

As I would be driving to this lovely town...

I had to pack my FU'd for the road and...

For the FU days I'd be away from the homefront!

Groceries for SuperFit and Me...
(I couldn't let him starve!) ;)

I made sure I had everything I needed...

Just a FU things out of the bunch.

The other half of my apple FU the road...

Much needed hardware...
Vitamins...

and FU'd!

Once SuperFit and I said our goodbye's....

I was ready to hit the road ~ (I had 6 hours of driving to do!)

2 hours into my ride...(Woo, that was Fast!)

It was time to eat!

I was excited for this because it meant I could have my yummy weekend treat!

Apple, Oatmeal and Greek Yogurt :)

With a side of...

Much needed Caffeine ;)

Another 3 hours and...

 3 o'clock.

It was time to eat again!

I had made some Choco PB Protein Cookies!

With a side of...

Peppers.

When I FUnally arrived to my destination...

I unpacked my bags, and settled in....

I was happy there was a FUridge :)

I then had the last of my Greek Yogurt with Oatmeal...

I absolutely L.O.V.E. this!

For the next FU days, I placed three special orders (prior to my arrival):

1. Breakfast x 4
2. Lunch x 2
3. Dinner x 1

All other meals and snacks I packed and brought with me.

Every morning I had...

Eggs.

Eggs.

Eggs.

and no Yolk.

For lunch, I had a whole lotta Chicken...

Minus the carrots.

Chicken.

Chicken.

Chicken and Peppers...

Oh...Chicken again!
Bok Bok ;)

Trust me...

My personality isn't as predictable as my meals! lol

Tuna and Peppers

And Tuna in a Can.

But I could see why anyone would think the latter ;)

Moving on...

During my time in Stratford....

I made sure to get a FU workouts in!

I researched a number of gyms available for me to drop-in to during my stay...

And I must say...

I found the perfect one!

Cool entrance!

They had all the equipment I needed...

I didn't have much left to do in my training cycle so I made
sure I kept my pump going with a FU exercises.
SuperFit would be training me on legs and shoulders upons my return :)

I was also happy to see they had Spin bikes!

Woop Woop!

The Staff at HealthWorks were beyond FUriendly...

They even gave me space to practice my posing!

Sure thing Arnie!

I think I did Arnold proud (although I don't know if I should be trying to these days! lol)....

After each workout...

I enjoyed a refreshing iced coffee from Coffee Culture...

The Staff were amazing and so FUriendly!

Mmmmm!

Although I resisted temptation and did not enjoy their...

Ice Cream!
No, I didn't scream ;)

Or their Brownie Rockslide
(it looked FU'in amazing!!!)

Even if I couldn't have their sweet treats...

I made a point to go back beFUre I left this quaint little town!

The coffee was delish!

On my last day....

I packed my bags and got ready for my return home, which proved to be...

A ride from 'hell' (well at least an hour of it did!)

All because of....

Water!
(I bet you can just imagine what happened lol)

I wonder if that was the reasoning behind people saying...

"U-RINE for a long ride" when I left?!

  4. There are two ways:

1 is free and the other is not lol

I added the link gadget to my blog and inputted the URL for my facebook page.

You can also create an ad via facebook to post to your blog, which cost $.

    Hope that helps!
