Training Date with 007!

If I had to pick from any muscle group to train with 007,  it would be hands-down, without a question, 100% of the time, legs. 007 has amazing legs (and even that doesn't give them enough credit)...

BAM! They are just incredible!

Luckily for me, 007 and I train our legs together every two weeks on Saturday mornings! We always make sure to start off with a nice cup of Joea good wake up call for what's to come ;)

Not only is 007 a machine but she is also the perfect training date (SuperFit of course, being my perfect training man date!).

 I mean who else gets flowers prior to a workout?! She knew how to "WIN" over Baby Fu's heart ~ Charlie Sheen approves this message (I'm sorry, I had to!). And, I have to say....

Nothing beats getting flowers at the beginning of an intense workout to set the mood...

We were ready to kill it...~ (I mean just look at these two killing machines!)

Right after we enjoyed a short conversation over coffee of course....

After all, we were on a date! So, a FU words had to be exchanged prior to the grunts and moans coming our way! Yes, I've started grunting and moaning in my workouts (which also includes the making distorted faces); confirming....

We've lost the calm & collected FU! (I think my shyness has passed in my workouts lol)

If anything, I look serious (which can also be conFUsed with looking mad!) I've received these comments many-a-times, even on the happiest of days...

One cup of Joe later, it was time for some Training...

Our leg workout takes about 45 minutes to complete and includes a mixture of exercises which focus on core areas of the leg such as:

1. Quads;
2. Hamstrings;
3. Glutes (our bum!); and
4. Calves

Supersets are also included in the mix (two exercises done one right after the other with no rest time in between).

Here are a FU examples of what we did during our leg workout:

 Lunging 'til it's done!

(As you can tell, we go up and down on the calf raises lol)

While always keeping our focus and concentration during each set, we do have some FUn while we're at it...

As our training date was coming to a close...

007 also showed me how to do a double bicep pose to cap off the end of our hot & sweaty, heart pumping, leg burning, hardcore workout!

After all was said and done...

My legs killed! (and for 3 days after the fact ~ "all good" as SuperFit would say!)

That said....

If I didn't love it, I wouldn't be doing it! (So bring on the burn!)

But, rest assured...

We take our training very seriously! 

We make a point to have FUn because it's important to enjoy what it is we do. When we're doing a set, there's no laughing involved! There's a lot of grunting and 'ugly' faces...

I warned you...
It isn't 'pretty' ;)

Is there another training date in our FUture?

You better believe it!

Trust me, I look forward to our training dates with or without the flowers....

I'd take the burn, sweat and laughter over flowers any day! ~ But it is a nice touch with guaranteed smile :)
